Retainers start on the first business day of each month.
We will create an account for you to manage your subscription and payment info on our website.
Retainers cannot be used for brand identity creation, these services must be quoted separately.
We will always let you know in advance if we’re close to completing your monthly hours.
Unused hours cannot carried over to the next month.
We communicate primarily through email, but we can also set you up with a Trello board to schedule requests.
